Message from the director:

Music does more than just make sounds, it changes the way we think and act. Music makes you smarter, teaches discipline, increases self-esteem, relieves stress and is fun and social. I look forward to working with each student that chooses to participate in band.

Students who participate in music have the lowest levels of current and lifelong use of alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drugs among any group in our society.
